The operating context

Independent healthcare practices need more than an attractive homepage. Their websites must explain services clearly, establish trust, guide patients toward the appropriate next action, support booking and intake, and remain maintainable for a small organization.

End-to-end ownership

Across Improve U Health & Wellness, Synced Mind & Body, Mountain Hill Primary Care, Mobile DOT Physical, and related work, I handled information architecture, frontend implementation, WordPress configuration, integrations, analytics, search foundations, deployment, and ongoing technical support.

Measurement

I configured GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Meta Pixel, and conversion events to connect traffic sources with meaningful actions. Measurement plans focused on appointment requests, calls, form activity, service-page engagement, and campaign landing-page behavior.

Production work

The work also included hosting support, domain and DNS changes, SSL, redirects, backups, plugin and core updates, mobile QA, speed improvements, security maintenance, and incident troubleshooting.
